This small 8-page zine will give you a new appreciation for the often unloved wasps! Full of facts about how wasps help us with balancing ecosystems, pollination, and more, you'll find yourself learning all about this diverse group of insects.
There is a digital version of the zine and a version you can print yourself (as well as a guide you can follow to fold it after printing), all free to download with an optional tip to support scientific outreach content like this. Make sure to do a test print and fold before printing multiple just in case the alignment is off with your printer!

About
I do everything from helping people develop a planner that works for them to trudging through a river for samples in Texas summers to writing about my favorite Magic: The Gathering releases. I particularly enjoy work that gives me the opportunity to be creative or get involved in my community.
I have a Master's in Biology in an Entomology lab and I'm passionate about scientific outreach and communication. In addition to creating zines and comics designed to make science accessible to everyone, I've spoken at conferences, on public radio, and at a variety of school events. It's my hope to encourage the rest of the world to fall a little bit more in love with its tiny, many-legged residents.
When I'm not staring at small critters, I spend my time reading, watching Star Trek, and going on assorted adventures (as well as playing plenty of Dungeons & Dragons).
